PAYE Registration

If this is the first time you need to pay yourself or an employee through PAYE, we can complete the registration with HMRC on your behalf. Once registered, it is a quick and simple process to start running your first payroll.

Our recommended payroll portal is 100% cloud based, ensuring all your data and employee details are completely secure. If you are already using an alternative software to run payroll we can also take over so that there is no disruption for existing employees.

HMRC recognised software

We only use HMRC recognised software to keep you compliant and up to date with the latest regulations. Our recommended payroll portal is directly integrated with HMRC's records so that any changes, such as employee tax codes, are updated automatically.

Employee logins

All your employees will receive their payslips automatically on pay day, along with one off documents like P45s or P60's. Furthermore, all staff will have their own login to view and update their personal details whenever they like.

Workplace pensions

Depending on your situation, you may or may not need to setup a workplace pension for your business. Our experts can guide you on staying compliant, can help you choose and register for a scheme and maintain the required submissions for your employees.

Automated payments

We partner with Telleroo for automated wage and HMRC payments. This can be added onto your package so that you no longer have to make multiple payments - instead you make one single payment each month which is then distributed to all team members following your payroll submission.
